All Star Cheerleading: 

It is a fast paced, dynamic sport that encompasses stunt, tumbling, tosses and dance & requires dedication and a strong work ethic from the male and female athletes that participate. It is as physically demanding as any other mainstream sport and is one of the fastest growing team based athletic sports in the USA and Australia.  


All Star Dance 


A jazz routine  incorporates stylised dance movements and combinations, formation changes, group work, leaps and turns. Emphasis is placed on proper technical execution, extension, control, body placement and team uniformity. 



Poms must be used 80% of the routine. Important characteristics of a pom routine include synchronisation and visual effect, clean and precise motions, strong pom technique, and incorporate dance technical elements. Visual effect includes level changes, group work, formation changes, the use of different color poms, etc. 


Routines combine the principles of jazz and ballet and emphasize proper technical execution, the use of flexibility, balance  and  mood.  Routines  are  fluid  in movement and focus on emotion that  compliments the musical selection. 


Recreational and Casual Classes: 

Not ready to commit to a competitive squad but wanting to give cheerleading a try? Learn the skills of stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance in a fun and supportive team environment. Contact us for more information on our Recreational Cheer Program!


Other Classes: 

Flyers Class: 

Improve strength, flexibility, and control specific to  cheer flying. This class is also good for dancers and those  athletes wishing to improve their jumps and general fitness.  

Tumble Class: 

All Cheerleading routines incorporate level specific tumbling. Tumbling is great for codordination, strength, power and fitness. It involves gymnastic type movements. To maximize scores within squad routines, a percentage of 50+1 is required of Level specific tumble skills.  

Private Class: 

All the DreamTyme Coaches are available for private lessons throughout the week. Whether this is for tumbling, conditioning, dance, flexibility, stunting or jumps. This is a great way to work on your individual needs and get one on one attention. Group privates are also available. Speak to your coaches to organize the most suitable times.  

Group and Partner stunt (Invitation Only): 

Group Stunt and Partner Stunt routines involve performing as many level specific stunts in a minute as possible. These classes allow athletes to really work their skills and focus on their technique. Groups and partnerships will be determined by the DreamTyme Staff and will be on an invitational based process. Athletes and parents are able to express their interest to any of the staff and their names will go on a list.  
Please note: these classes are not included in the unlimited classes fee set up. Fees must be paid in full and upfront to be eligible.  

Dance Doubles (Invitation Only): 

Dance doubles are routines where 2 dancers perform a routine in 1:30min. Dance doubles can be performed in Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop and Lyrical. Dance doubles will be determined by the DreamTyme Staff. Please express your interest to the coaches and your name will be placed on the list. An audition will be held for all those interested in early February.

Birthday Parties: 

DreamTyme All Stars run Birthday Parties on Sundays  Birthday parties are organized on an individual needs basis. Please speak to our staff to organize you next Party
